North Bay, ON – Sept. 9, 2022 – In recognition of Queen Elizabeth’s passing the City of North Bay has placed a book of condolence for members of the community to sign. The book will remain in the main floor lobby of City Hall for the 10 day mourning period.
Additionally, the portrait of the Queen at Memorial Gardens will be draped with a black cloth as a symbol of mourning; and will also remain as such for the 10-day period.
