North Bay City Council’s and Committee Meetings, as well as those held under the planning will be conducted electronically through Zoom and broadcast live on City’s YouTube channel.
To ensure the health and safety of the public and in accordance with provincial restrictions on gatherings, Council Chambers will not be open for meetings. Council members will be participating remotely and will not be physically present.
Planning Committee meetings will be hosted via electronic participation only until the Emergency Declaration for COVID-19 is lifted.
Residents are able to stream live meetings via the City’s YouTube channel and can register to participate by contacting the City Clerk (as per circulated Planning Notices & the Guide below).
All meetings will begin at the time noted on the City’s Website.
Any written submissions received in advance of the meeting will be verbally read out during the meeting at the time an application is considered.
