NOTICE OF NOISE EXEMPTION - BY-LAW NO. 2014-53

This notice is to advise that a Noise Exemption has been issued to the North Bay Theatre and Arts Community Centre (Capitol Centre) for the following:

EVENT:

2021 Capitol Centre’s Bluesfest - Amplified Outdoor Sound

DATES & TIMES:

• Saturday, September 4, 2021 between 12:00 PM (noon) until 11:45 PM
• Sunday, September 5, 2021 between 12:00 PM (noon) until 9:00 PM

LOCATION:

Main Street East between Ferguson Street and Wyld Street (Capitol Centre)

AUTHORITY:

This Noise Exemption was issued under delegated authority by John Severino, City Engineer in accordance with Section 6 of The Corporation of the City of North Bay’s Noise By-Law 2014-53.
