The Council of The City of North Bay will consider and, if approved, will pass and enact at its meeting held on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. via Electronic Participation, a by-law to close:
That portion of the laneway located between Dudley Avenue and Hutcheson Avenue, abutting lots 677 and 689, Plan M-177 designated as Part 1, on Plan 36R-14593, in the City of North Bay, in the Land Titles Division of Nipissing, is to be closed, stopped up and conveyed to the owners of the lands abutting the said laneway, as shown on the key map below.
The Council will, at the said meeting, hear via Electronic Participation, or by their Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, any person who claims that their lands will be prejudicially affected by the by-law.
