In The Matter of Proposed Amendments
To City Departments’ User Fees and Charges
(including Waste Management User Fees & Charges and Municipal Parking Lot Rates)

The Council of The Corporation of the City of North Bay will hold a Public Meeting on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. by ELECTRONIC PARTICIPATION FORMAT ONLY to consider proposed amendments to City Departments’ User Fees and Charges (including Waste Management User Fees & Charges and Municipal Parking Lot Rates).

Due to COVID-19 Emergency, Council passed By-Law 2021-65 that amends the City of North Bay’s Procedural By-Law to permit electronic participation in meetings for Council, Local Boards and Committees. Therefore, there will not be an in-person meeting; this meeting will be conducted in an electronic format only.

PLEASE NOTE that the electronic meeting will allow for public presentation in a webinar format. Any person wishing to present at the public meeting must contact the City Clerk at ClerksOffice@northbay.ca or 705-474-0400 ext. 2522 to register as a presenter. Any written submissions received in advance of the meeting will be provided to Members of Council prior to the scheduled meeting. Registered presenters will be provided with instructions on how to join the meeting in advance. Information regarding livestreaming of the Public Meeting will be available on the City’s website. Only those individuals who wish to make a presentation need to register with the City Clerk.

Any written submissions and material in support of or in opposition to the proposed amendments will be received by the City Clerk on or before the meeting.

Additional information relating to the proposed amendments to fees and charges imposed by various City Departments are available for inspection during regular office hours.
