Being a By-Law of the City of North Bay for the purpose of establishing a Town Planning Commission of the City of North Bay pursuant to the terms of the Planning and Development Act.
Being a By-Law to repeal By-Laws Numbers, 818, 865, 908, 953, 999, 1033, 1093 and 1130 and all other By-Laws dealing with the forming of Town Planning Commission in the City of North Bay.
