Being a By-Law to authorize execution of an Agreement between the Municipal Corporation of the City of North Bay and the Hydro-Electric Power Commission of Ontario with regard to the installation and maintenance of Fire Alarm equipment upon poles erected by the said Hydro-Electric Power Commission of Ontario.
