Being a By-Law of the Municipal Corporation of the City of North Bay to close a portion of a lane, said portion lane being composed of a lane running northerly from Lorne Avenue to the northerly limit of the City of North Bay and lying at the rear of the lots facing on O'Brien Street and at the rear of the Lots facing on McPhail Street according to a plan of subdivision entered in the Office of Land Titles for said district as Plan M.28.
