Description:
A by-law to amend by-law no. 1941, being a by-law to provide for the construction of sanitary sewers, and the necessary drain connections thereto, on certain streets and to provide for imposing upon owners of land who derive , or will, or may derive a benefit from such sanitary sewers, a sewer rate sufficient to pay for the whole capital cost of such sanitary sewers.
