A by-law authorizing the execution of that certain Offer to Purchase dated the 24th day of September 1965 between the North Bay Public School Board and The Corporation of the City of North Bay respecting the lots, lanes and streets between McPhail Street, Lorne Avenue and High Street as shown outlined in red on the plan or sketch attached to said Offer to Purchase.
