A by-law to amend by-law No. 28-80 to rezone certain lands on Carmichael Drive and Tower Drive from a "Rural (A)" zone to a "Residential First Density (R1)" zone, a "Residential First Density Holding (R2H)" zone, a "Residential Third Density Holding (R3H)" zone, a "Residential Multiple Second Density Holding (RM2H)" zone and a "District Commercial Holding (C4H)" zone. (SCHEDULE "C" IS AMENDED TO REMOVE HOLDING ("H") ZONE SYMBOL FOR CERTAIN LANDS BY BY-LAW NO. 2013-137).
