North Bay's Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is the senior administrator and is responsible to the City Council for the effective and efficient operation of the City. All City departments report to Council through the CAO.
John Severino was appointed CAO in 2023. Mr. Severino has more than 20 years of experience in management including 13 years with the City of North Bay. Having served as Manager of Environmental Services in 2010 before becoming Managing Director of Community Services in 2014 and most recently City Engineer in 2018, overseeing the Infrastructure and Operations business unit.
