Looking for something fun and enriching for your child on PD Days? The City of North Bay offers free PD Day Camps filled with activities that keep kids active, creative, and social.
Each camp day includes a mix of indoor and outdoor games, sports, arts and crafts, and other recreational activities designed for children ages 6–12.
PD Day camps are offered throughout the year on scheduled school PD Days.
April 17 – Registration now open
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Elmwood Community Hub

The After-School Program offers participants a safe and nurturing environment to learn more about physical activity, nutrition, and healthy living. The City of North Bay’s After School Program will run throughout the school year Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. at Elmwood Community Hub (140 Elmwood Ave), Our Lady of Fatima and Sunset Park School.
Each location can accommodate a maximum of 30 participants ages 6-12.

The Summer Youth Program offers participants a safe and nurturing environment to learn more about physical activity, nutrition, and healthy living. The City of North Bay’s Summer Youth Program will run through the summer months (June 29th to August 28th, 2026) Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. at Caldwell-Ellam Community Centre, Circle Lake Community Centre and the Elmwood Community Hub.
