Making a Complaint

The City encourages discussion and an open line of communication with the person (s) you are having an issue with prior to filling out a formal complaint, if you feel safe to do so. The City also encourages citizens to notify Staff of known unlicensed STRs throughout the City. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please fill out the form below. Complaint forms are forwarded to and investigated by the City's Property Standards Officer.
