Description:
Being a By-Law of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of North Bay to repeal By-Law No. 905 of the said Municipal Council passed on the 29th day of December, A. D. 1928, relating to the borrowing of certain moneys from The Royal Bank of Canada to meet current expenditure of the Corporation of the City of North Bay for the year 1929.
