If this is a renewal, you must ensure you meet the deadline date of May 2nd, 2024 to renew the same slip. All potential tenants must complete a City of North Bay Marina Lease Agreement. As the tenant, you will be required to provide copies of your current insurance and driver's license for our files. Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
Key cards are only for marina tenants holding a contract. Key cards will only open doors for the duration of your slip rental. Two key cards are issued for seasonal and monthly contracts. Additional cards are $10 per card. Boats remaining in slips after the contracted date or upon marina closing will be charged the appropriate fees.
