Notice of Application for an Exemption from
City of North Bay Noise By-Law 2014-53
The Council of The Corporation of the City of North Bay at its meeting to be held on the 11th day of July, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, Council Chambers, to consider, and if approved, will pass a resolution to approve an application for an exemption from Noise Control By-Law No. 2014-53 for the North Bay Theatre and Arts Community Centre (Capitol Centre) for the amplification of sound using an outdoor public announce system, electronic sound amplification equipment, and drums at Municipal Parking Lot #3 (155 McIntyre Street East) Parking Lot outside of Capitol Centre, North Bay, Friday, September 1, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
The plan of the subject location may be examined at the Office of the City Clerk.
The Council will, at the said meeting hear in person or by his Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, any person who claims that his or her lands will be prejudicially affected by the exemption from the Noise By-law and who applies to be heard.
