Notice of Application for an Exemption from
City of North Bay Noise By-Law 2014-53
The Council of The Corporation of the City of North Bay at its meeting to be held on the 9th day of May, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, Council Chambers, to consider, and if approved, will pass a resolution to approve an application for an exemption from Noise Control By-Law No. 2014-53 for the North Bay Indigenous Friendship Centre for the amplification of sound using an outdoor public announce system, electronic sound amplification equipment, and drums in Lee Park , North Bay, Saturday, June 10th (from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.) and Sunday, June 11th, 2023 (from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
The plan of the subject location may be examined at the Office of the City Clerk.
The Council will, at the said meeting hear in person or by his Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, any person who claims that his or her lands will be prejudicially affected by the exemption from the Noise By-law and who applies to be heard.
