North Bay, ON – April, 22, 2023 – The City of North Bay is reminding residents and businesses within the Making Over Main Street construction zone that waste pickup in the DIA occurs on Tuesdays and Fridays.
To ensure efficient collection, please place your waste out the night before pickup. This allows MCA staff more time to transport bags to the designated pickup location on Fraser Street.
Please keep in mind that keeping our City litter free is a shared responsibility. It is up to property owners and business operators to maintain clean properties. MCA staff is not responsible for removing litter from private areas such as recessed entrances or alcoves.
Garbage cans have been placed at all corners of the construction site. Please help us keep the sidewalks litter-free by using these provided bins.
