NORTH BAY, ON – June 3, 2020 –The City of North Bay is issuing its 2020 final property tax bills this week. Property owners can expect to receive their bill in the mail within the next 5 to 10 business days.
The payment due date is June 30. Payments can be made through banks or financial institutions or by cheque at City Hall’s drop box (outside to the left of the main entrance).
The City is continuing to provide interest relief to assist property owners who have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The interest-free grace period for both the February interim and June final tax installments will remain in place until 90 days after the province lifts the current state of emergency order, issued on March 17, 2020. Property owners who are able to make payments toward their account are encouraged to do so in order to assist in reducing the outstanding balance.
