North Bay, ON – March 10, 2023 – North Bay’s Summer Concert Series, which will be returning to the Kiwanis Bandshell at the City’s waterfront starting this July, is seeking local performers.
Artist submissions for this series of free concerts will be accepted until March 24, 2023. The concerts will be held on selected Wednesday nights throughout the summer.
A total of up to 15 acts will be selected through a committee process for the Summer Concert Series lineup and selected artists will be compensated for each of their performances.
“The Summer Concert Series helps to support and showcase the talent of local artists while providing residents and visitors to North Bay an opportunity to get out and enjoy the warm weather and our beautiful waterfront,” said Bryan Kimber, Community Development Coordinator. “These concerts have proven to be extremely popular in recent years and would not be possible without generous sponsorship from the business community.”
