Vendor Information

The North Bay and Area O’Canada Day Committee is gearing up for its July 1, 2024 celebration at the North Bay Waterfront.

Below is the Vendor Application for Participation on Canada Day and the 2024 Vendor Fee Schedule. All vendors (in good standing) who return their contract and full fee by June 7, 2024 will be given consideration for involvement during the July 1st Celebrations. Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, a Vendor’s package will be available for pick-up at the Arts, Culture & Recreation Department, 2nd Floor, City Hall.

2024 Vendor Fee Schedule

Vendors must apply to the O’Canada Day Committee to participate in the July 1st, 2024 Celebrations. The Committee reserves the right to choose the type, quantity and location of vendor booths. Vendors, who have previously been allocated seasonal space at the Waterfront, will be given first right of refusal.


Food Concession A

Defined as primary food/vendor location in the main event area at the Waterfront (includes garbage pick-up).


Multi product concession:

$110.29 + HST
Many types of products
(fries, burgers, hotdogs, beverages, ice cream, confectionary items


Mini product concession:

$59.52 + HST
Limited to one type of product
(hot dog stand, pizza stand, ice cream cart)


Note: If you are required to pay for your participation in the O’Canada Day Celebrations, the fee must be submitted in full no later than Friday, June 7th, 2024. Cheques are to be made payable to: City of North Bay
