NOTICE OF A PUBLIC MEETING REGARDING PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT TO IMPLEMENT FILMING AND PRODUCTION STUDIO POLICIES
Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the City of North Bay will hold a public meeting under Section 34 (12) of the Planning Act on Tuesday November 28th, 2023 at 6:30pm in Council Chambers at City Hall, 200 McIntyre Street East, North Bay to review and provide context to the proposed amendments to the City’s Zoning By-law to implement Filming & Production Studio policies.
Purpose and effect of the proposed amendments would add several definitions and recognize different forms of production studios as permitted uses in several commercial and industrial zones.
There is no key map attached to the notice given because the proposed amendments are not site specific and apply to the entire City.
Additional Information including a copy of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment are available for inspection at the City of North Bay, 5thFloor, Planning and Building between 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday and can be found on the City’s webpage at www.northbay.ca/zoning.
