NOTICE OF ROAD CLOSING BY-LAW
The Council of The Corporation of the City of North Bay will consider and, if approved, will pass and enact at its meeting to be held on the 28th day of March, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., a by-law to close a portion of the Flannery Street and a portion of Robert Street, unopened road allowances located in the City of North Bay as shown on the key map below and described as follows:
That portion of the unopened road allowance being Flannery Street, designated as being Part 1, on Plan 36R-14903, in the City of North Bay, in the Land Titles Division of Nipissing is to be closed, stopped up and conveyed to the owners of lands abutting the said roadway.
That portion of the unopened road allowance being Robert Street, designated as being Part 2, on Plan 36R-14903, in the City of North Bay, in the Land Titles Division of Nipissing is to be closed, stopped up and conveyed to the owners of lands abutting the said roadway.
The appropriate plan may be examined at the Office of the City Clerk at the City Hall, 200 McIntyre Street East, North Bay, Ontario.
The Council will, at the said meeting hear by their Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, any person who claims that their lands will be prejudicially affected by the by-law and who applies to be heard.
